The Economic Development Collaborative Small Business Development Center (EDC SBDC) helps local entrepreneurs build the business they’ve always wanted. Since 2010, EDC SBDC has been dedicated to supporting new and existing businesses by providing NO-COST one-on-one technical advising and access to resources and capital. Today, EDC SBDC is one of the state’s primary resource partners for small business development.

The U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) administers the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) Program. The Economic Development Collaborative (EDC) hosts the Ventura & Santa Barbara counties SBDC, which is a part of the Los Angeles Regional Network of SBDCs.
