Brenda is a Communications graduate from Cal State Channel Islands with a deep passion for helping others and creating meaningful, positive connections. Currently, she serves as clients' first point of contact, intaking their needs, building trust, and connecting them with the appropriate advisors to ensure they receive the best possible support. Fluent in Spanish and English, she is proud to serve diverse communities and help bridge communication gaps that often stand in the way of quality service. Her work is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives. She believes every interaction is an opportunity to create a welcoming environment and a lasting impact. Whether guiding a client through the intake process or simply offering a kind word, she strives to be a dependable, approachable, and compassionate resource.
