Jaime Fall
Jaime Fall is Workforce and Economic Strategies Director for the Economic Development Collaborative. In this position, Jaime leads the $5 million digital upskilling initiative to build the digital skills of the jobseekers, workers, and entrepreneurs of Ventura County so businesses can have the skilled workforce they need to be competitive in today’s rapidly digitalized environment, and workers can have in-demand digital skills that lead to better paying, higher quality jobs. Jaime’s career in workforce development, includes two decades in Washington, DC based jobs including Director of UpSkill America at the Aspen Institute, Vice President for Workforce and Talent Sustainability for the HR Policy Association and Foundation, and Communications Director for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration. Jaime also served as Deputy Secretary, Employment and Workforce Development, for the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency from 2004-2011.
