
Alondra Gaytán
Alondra Gaytan is a dynamic professional who has been with the EDC since 2014, serving in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. In 2022, Alondra was recognized in the Pacific Coast Business Times cohort of 40 under 40, a testament to her leadership and impact in the business community. Starting her career as the SBDC Program Specialist, Alondra transitioned to Client Services Manager in 2018, where she developed and executed strategies for client retention, engagement, and business adviser recruitment and retention. In this role, Alondra managed 60 business advisers and developed a client relationship specialist team. In January 2022, Alondra was promoted to Director of Strategic Relations, working closely with the EDC's President/CEO to oversee vital relationships with EDC partners and stakeholders. Alondra ensures ongoing strategic engagement with the region's businesses and economic development community, driving the EDC's mission to create a thriving and inclusive economy in the region. In addition to her professional achievements, Alondra is passionate about travel, arts/culture, and volunteering. She sits on the board of directors for Bell Arts Factory and Women in International Trade OC, reflecting her commitment to community engagement and impact. Alondra is a true leader, and we are proud to have her on our team at the EDC.
