With 20 years of banking experience serving both small community banks and larger financial institutions between Goleta and Oxnard, Marta’s passion for fostering local business growth reflects her commitment to making a positive impact in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties, supporting those looking to launch or expand their enterprises. Marta’s area of expertise is creating a pathway to access capital for small businesses and business financial health. Marta enjoys giving back to her community and is active in several organizations. Marta is currently an active Ambassador with the South Coast Chamber of Commerce, a board member of the Montecito YMCA and recently, the County of Santa Barbara Workforce Development Board.
