Dr. Alicia (Amari) Trelles-Duckett is a seasoned Technology Program/Project Manager and Process Improvement Consultant with over 25 years of experience. Dr. Trelles specializes in training and consulting in projects, business skills, change, process improvement, strategy and multicultural relations. She has deployed global projects and consulted with clients across various industries: healthcare, manufacturing, finance, hardware and software. She has worked at organizations such as Keck Medicine - USC, Stryker, Adobe, Stanford University and IBM. Dr. Trelles holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, an MBA and a Doctorate in Global Business. She is PMP and Agile-certified, and consults in English and Spanish.
