Economic Development Collaborative is proud to be the fiscal agent for the Ventura County Industrial Council (VCIC)  , an industrial advisory organization that supports Ventura County’s manufacturing economy. VCIC  unites Ventura County’s diverse manufacturing industries  , including manufacturing, biotechnology and life sciences, aerospace and defense, and agriculture and food systems. As the voice of Ventura County’s manufacturing economy, VCIC  works to retain, develop, and attract manufacturing cluster companies and ensure access to the skilled workforce   essential for driving industry sustainability and growth.
