EDC GOVERNANCE

The EDC Board of Directors sets policy priorities and provides oversight over the organization’s performance.

Leadership: The EDC Board of Directors is a an elite and diverse group of leaders invited to the table for their vision, passion and ability to positively impact our region’s economic vitality. Board positions are by nomination only.

Impact: Board members participate peer-to-peer with visionary leaders, providing guidance and input into our organizational strategy and capacity for delivering outcome-driven economic development services across the region.

Public/Private Sector Collaboration: Board members work side-by-side with elected officials and top-level public sector staff in a way that fosters ongoing relationships and communication, providing members with a strong network in the public and private sectors for advising policy and business and economic priorities.

Perspective: Board members contribute invaluable insight into the region’s business community and economic landscape and gain understanding of the assets and resources, regionally and statewide, contributing to our economic competitiveness.
