Si bien esta pr\u00e1ctica ayudar\u00e1 a proteger nuestra salud f\u00edsica, el aislamiento definitivamente puede afectar nuestra salud mental. Estar confinados en nuestros hogares durante un per\u00edodo prolongado de tiempo y sin poder ver a nuestros seres queridos supone un riesgo para nuestro bienestar mental y emocional. Recomendamos estas pr\u00e1cticas de distanciamiento social para garantizar una salud mental positiva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mantente conectado con tus amigos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Utilice video chat y llamadas telef\u00f3nicas para mantener el mayor contacto humano posible durante el distanciamiento social. \u00a1Descarga Skype o usa FaceTime o simplemente levanta el tel\u00e9fono y env\u00eda un mensaje de texto!
